Challanges to make 1500 RC SB to Denali HD

Hi everyone, have posted before how to install cooled seats in a regular cab but here is the true subject about it.

 

I will start a project transforming a Sierra 1500 RC SB into Denali HD look. I have looked at the major points which has internal and external changes.

which is the front end, wheel pattern, dashboard, cooled seats with center console and door panels

 

However I'm just asking what is the potential challenges and is it cost effective or it is better to transform a Sierra 2500HD RC LB.

 

Just to make sure, my purpose of this project is to have an HD vehicle while maintaining less turning radius which 1500 RC SB has like the Escalade turning radius.

I think it would be more cost effective overall to buy a 2500 RCLB. Dealing with a 2500 would be much easier, I don't know if it's possible to do a 6 to 8 bolt conversion on the new trucks. Also the frame on the 1500 isn't "HD" and uses a different suspension completely so there's not really a way to add it.

2500HD would be better for sure but it has 45ft turning radius while 1500 has 40ft which is the same as Escalade.

Now 2500HD for sure will be perfect one but not dealing with chassis issues, focsing in interior problems like cooled seats and dash board.
