Truck not level

I finally took a tape to my truck. The passenger side sits 3/4 inch higher, ground to wheel well than the drivers side. Can this be fixed by simply turning the torsion bar up on the drivers side? But then will I need an alignment?

Did you have a full tank of gas?

My truck was also higher on one side than the other. When I adjusted the torsoin bars I turned one more than the other. The truck sits level now and I haven't had any problems.

 

I did get an alignment afterwards, but I needed one anyway.

no it, was actually almost empty at the time. I have a half tank now and it sits the same.

I had the same thing on my truck and noticed it the after

the first week I had it.I freaked out. Gas tank full or not was same. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they adjusted the bars and alignment took them all day. I got it back with 1/2 inch or a little less and said f it and I 've had no problems for 20k miles.
