SuperChip Microtuner Booklet?

I have a problem. My cousin wants to sell me his Superchip Microtuner for my 5.3L Silverado. Although, he lost the booklet that explains the procedure and code elimination list. He is trading his truck in to get the 2500 Diesel. I was with him when he originally bought the Microtuner 2 years ago in Phoenix at FLY-N-HI 4x4 shop, so please dont think that its stolen. I was wondering if anyone has this same product, and if it would be possible to scan/copy the booklet and email it to me? I am very interested in purchasing the Superchip tuner, but without the booklet, I am waisting my time. Any help would be appreciated.

  Yes, in January no less! I did the Cognito 1" rear blocks and replaced the Ranchos with Kings first, then the front. I replaced the upper control arms with the Cognito boxed version. Cognito instructions want to trim the droop stops a bit. The Kings provide the droop stop now. I replaced the Ranchos with Kings. I got the kit from SuspensionMaxx, but didn't use the little shock extensions, I set the keys at 1.75" (you will need a torsion key tool to do this as the adjuster bolt is pretty tight under load). I installed the diff drop spacers and skid plate spacers the came with that kit. Then took the truck for an alignment. The diff drop spacers were fun as you need to be a contortionist to get some of these parts installed. The shocks have adjustable settings and I am running them on the lighter side which makes the ride much nicer. The Ranchos were so stiff and dead feeling. I did get a lot of guidance from Filthy Motorsports, who dialled the shocks in, before shipping them to me. If you are looking for some guidance, I would suggest a call to Ben over there.

  I had that issue on my 2011. I used one of those headlight restoration kits that take out the yellow cloudy look caused by the sun. I don't recall for certain what brand I used (I'm thinking it was 3M) but it was one of the better ones, about $20 (don't go cheap). That was 3 years ago and there is no difference today. But, my truck is garaged. If I have to do it again I'll be using the Cerakote brand. This is easy to do. Just follow directions on the bottle exactly as it says.
