goatboy0067 Posted July 23, 2013 Author Posted July 23, 2013 I put larger tires ( 2257515) with a load range d . going to try these for a while see how they run with my trailer.
goatboy0067 Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 I ran the larger tires with a higher load range from c-d now will this increase the tension and ware on the axles they are torsion axles (no springs)
tyhuck Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 No. Its the weight in te trailer that affects the springs, or in your case torsion rubber, not the tires. Higher load rating on the tires just means the will handle more weight. The increase in stiffness will not be enough to worry about wearing out your axels.
