Thanks guys, sorry I took so long to respond. I prepped the chrome bumper
with med grit sand paper then finished it with fine grit to smooth it out. I
primed it with rustolem primer and used rustolem semi gloss black. I then used semi
gloss plastic black on the grey plastic cowl. Works great.

Now I need to decide if I want stainless or black running boards. I have

already installed the factory steel chromed wheels so thinking it would look
better with black running boards. I don't want to much chrome...
