2010 2500HD with Diesel engine. USB port not working and nothing in owners manual or under the panel covers states USB port. Anyone know off the top of their head which one it is?

There is no fuse. It goes from the dash to the radio directly.

 

What are you trying to plug in? Have you tried another device? Short of a failure in the radio my guess is a bad cable or maybe it's loose.

USB runs into the back of the Radio.

Radio works then the usb is live.

Is the USB compatable with your ipod, etc. Latest upgrade from apple....... or such.

 

USB may have been unplug or loose in the dash. Remove

dash area and inspect wire/plug connection..... All else fails try new usb cable and other ipod.

Radio is the last resort that may be no good.
