I was told when chatting with my sales guy about the double cab, that putting it back to 4 doors rather than the two fronts and the rear suicide styles that the extra pillars made the double cab the best rated pickup ever as far as rollovers...

 

There's no date on that article...wonder if it's older or not since the sales guy seemed to know about this.

EDIT: Looks like these reports came out back in August or so...quick google check didn't find any reg/double cab results.
