I have an awesome Alpine INE-s920HD package that I purchase 1.5 months ago and had installed in my 2007 Silverado LTZ for 3 weeks before I traded the truck in on a 2014 LTZ w/nav included. Even though this system blows away my current GM unit, I am going to keep the 2014 stock unit due to the integration between the Driver display and the head unit. It would probably work on the 2014s, but if will definitely work on 2007+ GM models.

It comes with a mint no scratches, top of the line touch-screen Alpine INE-s920HD head unit that includes 3D! Navigation, Bluetooth Audio Streaming, HD Radio, Pandora, USB/Video interfaces, Camera input, Customized favorite screens for each paired phone. All cables are present including manuals, microphone, GPS cable, and BEST BUY receipt including the remainder of the 1 year warranty (approx. 10 months)

The Alpine unit comes PREWIRED, CONNECTED, and CONFIGURED to the PAC Radio Pro 5 Interface which retains OnStar and Steering wheel controls so all you have to do is bolt it in. NO soldering or cable cutting required. Unused/unneeded wires are taped off. The Pac has been updated to the latest firmware and worked perfect when removed from the truck. It is also PREWIRED with the MicroBypass Parking Brake Override Bypass for Alpine that unlocked menus and allowed me to watch videos without being in park :)

ALSO included is the METRA Dash kit that fit my LTZ dash so it should also fit Tahoe, suburban, etc. Clarion USB/Video cable extension that I installed in the console for a clean factory look. Brand new never used Rearview camera! Here is the following list included with the package:

-Apline INE-s920HD with BEST BUY receipt and warranty (NAV/Bluetooth/USB/HD Radio): MSRP $1100/Best Buy $899
-PAC RP5GM31 Stereo Interface kit (OnStar Retention + Steering Wheel controls): MSRP $214/Amazon $135
-MicroBypass Parking Brake Override Bypass for Alpine: Amazon $20
-Metra 95-3305 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for LTZ dash: Amazon $14
-Clarion Mobile Electronics CCAUSBAV USB 2.0 Port and 3.5mm Audio/Video Mini-Jack: MSRP $60/Amazon $30
-Esky EC170-08 HD Color 100% Waterproof Rear View Backup Camera (never installed): MRSP $43/ Amazon $23

I do NOT want to separate as a lot of time has been spent pre-wiring the Alpine to the Pac unit and would be a direct bolt in for people here on this forum. The only wiring would be to attach the VSS Wire and hook up the Rear View Camera. This is the first place I have listed this, but if no one here wants it, it will be separated and sold on ebay/craigslist.

TOTAL PRICE I Paid: Over $1100 not including hours of updating/prewiring/connectors and setup.

MAKE ME A REASONABLE OFFER

Any pics of it installed?
Unfortunaltey I do NOT have any pics of it instealled due to only havint it installed for a rew weeks. However I have attached a picture of the exact system and dash kit in a NON LTZ Silverado. Mine looked just like it, except it was installed in the LTZ dash attached in the second pic.

Who is the map provider for the GPS?
The maps are provided by Navteq. Here is a link to the Alpine site for the 920HD:

Will it work in a non-bose system?
The Pac interface has two ports; one for the BOSE and one for the NONE BOSE. So yes it will work in a NON BOSE system.

Couple more questions. I have a 2011 LT with xm radio and onstar. Will the nav work with those antennas? Can I use the stock xm antenna with this unit?

All OnStar and XM functions are controlled using the included prewired RP5 interface which retains factory Onstar including OnStar handsfree calling and factory XM, although I never tested the XM as I do not use XM.

Here is the instructions for using the factory XM with the steering wheel controls according to the PAC RP5 manual:

Using the Factory XM Tuner With the SWC

  • To activate the XM controls press and hold the “Source” button until a chime is heard. The Driver Information Center (DIC) in the instrument cluster will display “XM Control On” or display XM text.
  • Arrow up moves forward through the channels. The channel name and song name will be displayed on the DIC.
  • Arrow down moves backwards through the channels. The channel name will be displayed on the DIC.
  • To store a preset, first choose the preset location by pressing the “Play” button repeatedly. The DIC will display the XM preset locations. When the desired preset location is displayed, tune to the desired station, then press and hold the “Play” button until a chime is heard. “Preset Saved” will then be displayed on the DIC.\
  • To recall a preset simply press the “Play” button repeatedly until the desired preset is displayed.
  • To de-activate the XM controls press and release the “Source” button. Do not hold the Source button to exit XM control.

Of course you could also add/purchase the Alpine XM interface and use it instead of the factory XM.

Hope that helps.
