2011 Sierra 1500 heater fan not working

I have a 2011 Sierra 1500 4x4 Slt , and the truck has been great but yesterday I started the truck , moved it across the yard and parked it and the heater fan was working fine. Today when I started the truck , the fan would not work at all. It has the dual climate control in it and I can still adjust everything normally but the fan just doesn't blow . I don't understand how it can just stop working like that . Does anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong

My truck 80,000 kms on it , I thought it could be a fuse or something that went but this morning I fired my truck up and the fan has been perfect all day today . My guess is some connection must be getting loose or the big man upstairs just didn't want us on the road yesterday . Thanks for the help guys
