04 silverado 1500 noise

I have a 04 silverado and every time I turn the steering wheel it makes a weird noise and a little vibration in the steering wheel would anybody know what it could be?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
