6l80e fluid change

Good afternoon, I have searched the forum and couldn't find the answer so if I missed it please guide me in the right direction. I have a 2010 Sierra Z71 with the 6 speed tranny. I went to drop the pan and change out the filter and could not get the pan to drop. The exhaust was in the way. Is there an easy way of getting it to drop so i can change out the filter? Thanks in advance.

Unfortuately, you have to drop the exhaust in that section

Or use a large pry bar to move the exhaust down enough to shimmy the pan out.
