Hands Free Echo

Ive had my truck for two weeks now, and I have been having an echo issue with my hands free talking since day one. I hear the other person perfectly but I've been told I sound like marbles in a tin can when I talk. Any advice? I spend hours a day at work on the phone in my truck so any help would be appreciated.
