How doo I get my avitar loaded on to this site. I see that others have it. ??

All I get is this - Sorry, that is not a valid file extension

i'm not sure why, but when i click its adding a %2E to the file name. I think thats your problem. You need to figure out why its doing that

Well, I tried to drop a / and to my suprise the file still comes up, but that is the correct address. Either way it is still a no-go, I still get the same error. ???

OH, the %2E is part of the file name too. I have to host it elsewhere right? I can't upload directly to this site can I?

My avitar (who ever came up with that name anyhow?) is either 100 or 120 pixels, but as I read the directions it will resize as needed? It is 39kb, is there a possability it is too big of a file size? I don't think I saw anything aboot that. (especially if it is not hosted here)

Thanks for the ideas, keep'm comming.  :thumb:

EDIT: -------------

Well, it looks like it took both ideas at the same time to make it work! I can't believe that I can drop four items and add a dot and still get the same thing to come up. ??? Heck any other time if I leave out one little thing I get nothing - OR something altogether diff. Oh well, now I know what I need to doo to get some things up here eh? Thanks fellers!  Now, armed with this info, I will see if I can get a pic intered into my profile now. (that didn't want to work either)

NOW if I could just finger out why this site doesn't want to keep my logged in!    I have to physically log in when I enter, even tho I have checked the "remember me" item. It is HARD work! LOL! ?? But things are getting better.

    • New to this forum.  Also looking to tune a 6L80 and trying to work out all the issues in my transmission swap.  I have a 6.2 diesel (1983) and have removed the TH-400 and about to put in a 6L80 with a TCM-2600 interface and don't have a clue what I doing after that.  Did you (Leatherneck/RAV3) get your slip resolved? I too hate to spend that kind of money on a tuner that hopefully I will not need too many times although from what steelerdude15 added about the HP Tuner being great for diagnostics would be a plus.  I am also from WNC but below you in Columbus.  Any helo would be greatly appreciated.

    • Wouldn't swapping out the original AFM/DFM parts for a complete Delete Kit be the best route to go if one could afford to go that route?
    • It comes with directions but yes, generally, it's the same.  Also, get you the dipstick stuff to install dipstick so you have one.
