2003 suburban passenger climate control resets when ignition is turned

Everytime I turn my key off and back on, my passenger side climate control starts at 60 degrees and I have to set it. The driver side always starts wherever I left it. Ive pulled the hvac fuse and reset the system and same thing still happens, no memory on the passenger side. Thanks in advance for any help, this has been annoying me for the past couple years.

If the driver side is operating normally and no other problems,I would say you have an internal HVAC module problem.
