Got in the truck today and Service Stabilitrak and park assist disabled popped up on the DIC. I also saw the ABS light was lit up on the instrument panel. I will be a few days before I can get it to the dealership. Anybody have an idea what caused this?

Guess I should tell you I am driving a 2014 Crew Cab LTZ Z71 5.3L

I just changed out my hub and abs sensors. Disconnect all of your abs connectors and reattach them back. This makes sure your are not disconnected. Next, check your fuse box for Abs fuse 25

Remove the fuse and check to see if it damaged. Next, leave the fuse out and remove the negative and than power connector from your battery. Make sure they don’t touch the battery. Keep disconnected for 30 to 45 minutes. Once the time has passed. Put the fuse back in, reconnect the battery.

You will have to drive your car for a few minutes to reset it self.

Let me know how this works out. I just took care of this problem today, after hours of research.

Only thing I did was let the battery stay disconnected over night, due to the time of working on my truck.

Keep me posted.

I have a 2018 Silverado with 28 thousand miles. that i just purchased from a dealer. It has 9in lift and 35in tires. Everything was working properly until i hooked a trailer to it and plugged the trailer lights in. When i got back into the truck the abs light and stabilitrac light was on. i read a few forms saying it could be the fuse but all fuses checked out. I haven’t checked wheel bearings and such yet. It just seems odd that the abs light and stabilitrac light will come on when the trailer is hooked up and will not go off now that the trailer is discounted. Any ideas?
