Alt Backup Camera for Sierra 3500

I am getting a large cap put on my 3500 and it requires removing the tailgate and therefore the backup camera. Is there an aftermarket license plate mountable "plug and play" camera available? I want to use the screen that I already have and not clutter my interior up with crappy back up screens. Help!

We picked up our 2015 Chevy Siverado 3500HD last week and ordered a separate camera from GM parts. We have a truck camper and wanted to have rear vision without having to remove the tailgate camera.

I have attached a photo of the camera but the issue we are having is how to unplug the tailgate camera? We have slid the red tab back, but still tight and don't want to break something.

Will post a photo of bracket and setup when we get the tailgate camera removed.

Thanks

I figured out how to unplug the camera. Pull the red tab back and squeeze the black part in front of it (pivots), then I pulled straight out.

I got a bracket from a truck outfitter shop and had to slightly modify to fit the camera, but it is now installed on our Bigfoot camper.

Here is a photo of the camera plug, noting the red tab and the black 'pivot' in front of it. I also attached the camera install, using the 8" factory screen
