I have a 1997 c1500 2wd .I had a rear brake line rust out, replaced rear line and center brake hose. I filled the master which was empty in the front cylinder. I went to bleed brakes and I get nothing out the wheel cylinders .I checked for leaks , nothing leaking . Any ideas ?

You said the front of the master cylinder was empty? If I recall, if the rear line blew, the rear part of the MC would be empty. You may need to bench bleed the MC and then go back to bleeding the lines.

Thanks for responding , I ended up gravity bleeding system . I open up bleeder screws on wheel cylinders for an hour with lid off master . There must have been to much air in lines to bleed.
