Stock tires are P265-65r18 and I would like to install a set of LT265-70R18 off a 2500 that I got for free. I am wondering before attempting if they would fit ok and not rub in the front fenders. Can you run a higher pressure without affecting the TPMS. If you have too much air do lights go on or only if it is low?

They should fit fine with no rub. As for air pressure, I would still run the suggested 35 maybe 40 if your not hauling. TPMS will not be affected.

You can run a higher pressure in an LTE tire and not affect TPMS. I run my LT275/70R18 at 45 pig cold with no issues.

I'm running 80 psi in my LT's and the TPMS reads them just fine. The iphone app will not, however.

They should fit fine, as long as you're using stock rims. As far as PSI, you should be fine there too...but if not, then the dealer can reset the 'magic number' of the TPMS to a higher number. I had to do that on my '09 when I switched from the factory 20's to a 10 ply BFG. I had the number set to 45 PSI, so I could run 35-40 when empty, and 50-55 when towing....and the TPMS was always happy.
