Part number for crankshaft position sensor

Hi, I have a little problem on my 2003 Suburban with 8100 Vortec engine.

 

Sometimes, it just turns off while driving, or idling, but not in any connections with use. Sometimes after a long highway drive, sometimes in city. It also happens, that the gearbox position jumps in 2nd gear and then it is problem to turn the engine on.

 

I've read this could be crankshaft position sensor. But to Slovenia(europe) is problem with shipping, so i dont want to order parts that don't fit.

 

Have anyone original part number (denso), so i can order it the easiest way?
