2010 silverado 6-speed maintenance

Hi everyone, can i remove the transmission pan on my 6l80e by removing the tranny mount?

some older 4l80 mounts had to go for the pan removal ,,,,,idk about yours but if its in the way ,,,,loose it

On those the exhaust is in the way, you must unbolt the tranny mount and jack up the back of the tranny a bit to allow the pan to clear the exhaust

You will need to unbolt the exhaust (converters) to get the pan off. Unbolting trans mount will not work.
