Old school, like we do with jeeps. Configure the truck as it is driven every day and look at the tread pattern on the pavement. Use chalk or water or whatever is handy. Drive over it and one more revolution and see. Start with too high and reduce until you have 100% of the tread contacting the pavement. This will give you the most even wear over time. Now, as these are trucks, the pressures need to go up with load. You're on your own there. OH, and make sure you rotate often.
