Will 275/70/18 BF Goodrich tires fit on a 2007 Classic Silverado?

This is my first post on these forums.

 

Just upgraded from my 20+ year old clunker to a 2007 Classic Silverado 4.8, Extended Cab, 2WD LS, 6.5 ft bed. The previous owner was rolling with 285/45/22 tires (about 32.1" in diameter). I want to upgrade to the 275/70/18 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A tires(about 33.15" diameter).

 

Will I have to make any modifications to make them fit? Will I have to make any mods if I just get the 285/65/18's(diameter 32.6") ? I do think the 285's will look better, however they are more expensive, which is why I am leaning toward the 275's?

Any thoughts?
