Blowing speaker amplifier fuse

Recommended Posts

Hello

Driving down the road today and my radio sound quit working, but the radio face or digital part still worked, after a little while I noticed I had no sound blinkers, door chimes, or park assist. When I got home I checked the fuses and the amplifier fuse was blown, so I tried to put a new one in and it blew right away before I even had it in, this was with the key out of ignition. I read on the forum here that it could be the speaker amplifier connections, so I pulled the console out and unplugged the connections and everything looked fine.

What do you guys think could it be the amplifier itself or should I start looking someplace else? Thank you in advance for any help
