going to 20 inch tires

Took truck to Fountain Tire and purchased Wrangler Duratrac 275 55 R20 tires $ 310 each. I get a 60 dollar mail in rebate so I will be doing that.

 

I took the managers Avalanche and drove it like a rental to work and got there and called him asking about the TPM sensors and he asked me how old the existing ones were . I told him I had no idea and he said they are good for about 5 to 7 years so he sold me 4 @ $ 49.00 a piece. They copied the programming from each of the existing 17 inch tire TPM's and pasted to new ones marking the tire locations on the new sensors.

 

Installed tires and loaded all the old stuff in back of truck. I was back at the shop during lunch and still managed to get a few burnouts in with the Avalanche before its return. I told the Manager I liked his truck and it had a lot of power !!

 

Much better look and I am happy with the service

 

 

Holy price gouging batman! Those tires are $240 each at Discount Tire. And at treating other people's property like garbage.
