1500 to 2500

Just wondering if anyone knew the height difference between the 1500 and the 2500. I have a 01 1500, and like the height of the 2500, and was wondering how the best approach to get it there. Thanks for any suggestions.

Is your 1500 a 2wd or 4wd, and the 2500 that you want to match 2wd or 4wd. Also are the vehicles reg cab or extended cab?

It is a 1500 4wd extra cab, 2001.

Your truck should sit 1"-2" shorter than a 2wd 2500, and 2-3 inches less than a 4wd 2500. Basically if you lift your truck with a 4" suspension lift you sit about the same or a tad taller than a 2500.
