Anyone purchased from...

Has anyone ever purchased anything from www.teamgps.com, out of Riverside CA? If so, how long did it take to get your order?

I ordered a hand held GPS on the 22nd of Feb, but decided I wanted a different one. Sent a few e-mails to have it cancelled. After a few days, I finally received an e-mail saying it was cancelled and refunded. As of today, it's still not refunded. (didn't realize that until today, though)

I then ordered a different hand held GPS on the 27th of February and received an e-mail with my order number. after a couple days, I checked the status of my order on their site, and it says "Pending". So, Monday or Tuesday, I send them and e-mail asking if they can give me a status. No reply. Thursday, one week after purchase, the same thng. Still "Pending", sent an e-mail, with no reply. Yesterday, still the same thing, "Pending", sent a 3rd e-mail (this time, with some more attitude), with no reply.

I'm starting to get ticked off. I asked them if it's out of stock, been shipped, has my debit card been charged? (guess I'll call the bank tomorrow to find that out myself).

And i found out the phone number on their page never leads you to actually actually talk to a real person.

I have a couple friends that ordered from them in the past, and never mentioned having any problems.

Well, after doing some research, I would this page with some customer reviews of the place, Team GPS Customer Reviews. Just my luck. Looks like a bunch of other people have had the same problems I'm having now.

Stay away from Team GPS!!
