HID's one side brighter than the other

Just put TRS hid's on my truck and noticed that the drivers side is way brighter than the passenger side. I would've posted this in the hid section but it will get lost in the shuffle there. I believe I have installed anything correctly but curious why it is this way.

I had a set that did that at around 3 years old.... I ordered a new kit and it is fine.... maybe a bulb or ballast is going bad

If 1 light is brighter, its usually the ballast. Maybe they shipped a 55w vs 35w? If they're both 35w, one ballast is adjusted wrong, putting out a different voltage to the bulb. Talk to trs they're a good company.

 

Is there is a colour difference between them? A 5k bulb is phyically brighter in lumens than the other end of the spectrum, like an 8 or 10k.
