Pocket Stake hole faceplates or mounts

I have a bakflip cover over my bed and want to bring my bikes with me while having full use of the bed. Does anyone sell a faceplate or pocket stake hole plate to go over the bedrails? I haven't found anything.

 

I want to do what http://www.f150forum.com/f7/help-bakflip-g2-any-folding-cover-bike-rack-212309/ this guy did, with some modifications.

Ive been looking at something like this as well.. I like the second guys idea with the stake pocket tie downs being modified however cannot find the stake pocket tie downs
