sliding rear window on 2000 silverado

im looking at buying a sliding rear window from someone who is selling a brand new one. although i have not bought it yet because i dont know what is involved in the removal of old,and install of new. i do know that they are not like the old ones that are held on by gaskets. i am assuming this is not a DIY project? has any one had this done? im wondering what type of labor i should expect to pay for installation?  or if there is some way i CAN do it myself??

the rear window is glued in with urthathane it needs to be cut out and the new one glued in by a glass shop. not a DIY type of job.

Thats what i thought!! Thanks for the info Hammer! now i gotta find a place here in Houston to install it thats not gonna hose me!
