oil pump and water temp

hi guys my truck is driving me crazy is my truck or everybody have this symptoms:-

 

1-when i drive hard the temp goes up more than 100 C it hits 106.25 C !!!!

2-oil pressure goes up by it self when am cruising and it gets back to normal and most of the time it stays at middle while the RPM goes up.

 

 

my truck has around 1800 miles on it 5.3l 2015

1) Are you referring to the temp display in the dic? The digital temp gauge in the dic is trans fluid temp, is it not?

 

2) You may be seeing the variable displacement engine oil system

 

"Advanced oiling system: The oiling system incorporates a new variable-displacement oil pump that enables more efficient oil delivery, based the engine’s operating conditions. Its dual-pressure control enables operation at a very efficient oil pressure at lower rpm, and then delivers higher pressure at higher engine speeds to provide a more robust lubrication."
