It does this (as of now) only after truck is at operating temp and ONLY if you mash the gas pedal. This must be related to the P0121 code I am getting and the low idle...............I have no idea. Dealer apt is on Wednesday......

Check your ground and + cables on the battery.

They are both tight on the battery......I thought that too.......Thanks!!

Some of the 14s had an issue with the wiring harness being pinched on assembly behind the dash. Wonder if your is pinched and is grounding out and reinitializing the instrument cluster.

Hmmmmmm.....I dunno. It only does it when the truck is idling. I tried it while ago, with the key in the RUN position but truck off.............nothing changed and by that I mean it was fine, didn't do anything strange. If you start the truck and quickly mash the gas to the floor and release, it blinks, along with the radio shuts off and comes back on............just like you're doing a key off and on, but it doesn't affect the headlights, so far..........they stay on...dealer can't find anything...........I purchased a new pedal assy with sensor while ago........gonna throw that at it...........shame.....2,800 miles on truck and dealer has no idea...
