2014 silverado issues

I have 14 silverado that I bought Dec 1 2013. I have about 7000 miles on it. problems with my hvac, I can have a/c on and set at 66 and I swear the air coming out of the vents is over 90 degrees. I had to put my windows down the other night and it was 12 degrees outside. Heater is aweful. I also have shudder in my transmission somewhere. I will excelerate or slow down and I get a pulsation. In the drive train somewhere. This one isn't every rime but intermittent. I took it to the service dept twice at the dealership that I work at and they say they can't find anything......hell they even felt the vent s when I arrived and could tell they were scorching hot but they can not trace out either issue....they say that they can't duplicate them. It blows my mind that I'm financING these trucks for people and the darn service techs can't locate the problem..... I need to go back to toyota if they can't figure it out!
