Paintable rear bumper for '08 Silverado

Since I was rear-ended, I figured this would be the perfect time to replace my chrome bumper with a painted bumper to match the truck.

 

I found a part number but it says it fits '09-'13. Can somebody confirm if this part number is a good number and if it will work on an '08 Silverado?

It should be a paintable rear endcap w/out the reverse sensors.
