Radio and interior lights won't turn off! HELP?

Have you opened the drivers side door? if so and it still persists try removing the negative batt cable for a couple of minutes to allow the modules to reset and see if that fixes it, if not then time to head to the dealer.

When does this happen? You are aware that these factory radios stay ON until the door is opened OR it times out right?

 

Not sure about the lights, specifics would really help trying to help you figure out what's going on. Do your factory settings have it this way? Lighting can be adjusted through the DIC.

 

EDIT : looking at the picture, I can tell you that my Cruze can do this also. If you turn the radio off, does it stay off when you close the door? My car radio is able to be turned on/off with no key in ignition but will only stay on for a limited amount of time.
