Wheels & exhaust?

I'm looking to put some new wheels & an exhaust onto my truck, but I wanted your guys opinions on what to get.

For the wheels, I wanted something with a higher offset than the stock, but something that's an all terrain. Of course, I'll have to get rims then as well. I really enjoy the look of the '14 LTZ wheels, but those wouldn't have the offset that I wanted.

I would like to get a MagnaFlow catback or a Flowmaster, but whenever I check to see if it's compatible with my '15 Silverado WT Regular Cab Short Box 4x4.
