curious if I got taken here... water softener

So I had a company come out and install a water softener and filter setup in my garage and a reverse osmosis machine in my kitchen.. Drilled through the granite counter and all.. All work looks quality..

 

Anywho... the brand is Westinghouse.. tried searching online and it only seemed available through installers.. AKA no pricing..

 

I paid 4200 for the whole setup.. Lifetime warranty.

 

Too much? or is that the going rate?

I think my culligan was between 2-2500. No lifetime warranty

Let's see some photos. I do think that sounds just a tad on the high end side. Culligan is who I reccomend to others. I worked for a ultra pure water solutions company (non-drinking stuff, ultra pure for various uses) who's parent company also owned Culligan at the time and they knew what they were doing when it came to home water systems and had some of the best equipment out there.
