Gauge Issue what would you do?

Have 2005 1500 last year stepper motor on speedo quit working took it apart solder a new one in and also replaced the Tach one as they was starting to act up. well tach works fine and speedo does not work. took it apart 50 times and still wont work. even tired the 4 other stepper motors and still did not work, I think solder a hole in circuit board and that is why it wont work would gauge pod out of junk truck work? i know of place that fixes gauge might call them and see if they can fix it. or is better to get brand new one? its fun driving with speedo stuck on 0 and using tach for a speedo.

What size bolts go in to gauge cluster to bolt it in to the dash? I some how lost them.

Got same outside piece with new Inside parts. Got it from local radio place and got LED bulbs. . .

Only issue is the oil pressure needle is off a bit
