I have a big issue with my truck 07 silverado LS 4x4 crew cab. So I disconnected my battery cuz we where planning to go out for a couple of days so it didn't drain it just setting g there, but at the last min things got canceled. So when I reconnected it the truck wouldn't start. U turn the ignition the check engine is the only one that turns on with the chime. Then the dashboard turns on after it chimes an all. Radeo works, headlights work only if the ignition in on. The dome lights, door locks, windows, alarm, the lights on the speedometer, nor the controls on the steering wheel non of that works. An the windshield wipers work only on low. So would anyone know what I cab do?

Start by re-charging the battery and go from there. But you shouldn't have to disconnect the battery if leaving for just a couple of days? Do a simple test, blow the horn. If it is weak or does not sound like it normally does, the battery may be too old and may not hold a charge.

Make sure that you tighten the battery terminals to the posts. It sounds like a poor connection. If you have a socket that is larger than the battery post, tap it down to make sure it is seated well.
