AC Fan Blower Problems- tried the simple stuff

I have read everything on my blower problems. Now Im stumped.

 

It started out as the intermittant failure

Then quit all together

 

Fuses Good

Recently replaced 10 pin connector, still good

Replaced resistor

Replaced blower

 

Used a circuit testor and there is current thru 10 pin and resistor, but blower does nothing

 

Any thoughts?
