TT Selection Advice

Hey all,

 

New to this place with my new Sierra 1500, but I already dove headfirst into the classifieds. Always a bad idea.

 

Anyway, my folks are looking at getting into the Travel Trailer scene. They've got big a big equipment trailer, that they tow with their 2500 Duramax, for a tractor and a bobcat. So they're no strangers to the towing world, and they owned a 95' Summerset houseboat up until last year, so they're used to the whole home away from home concept.

 

Now, none of us have ever so much as looked at travel trailers, so I thought I'd reach out for some guidance on their behalf.

 

They really like the layout of this 2016 Avenger 32BIT that they found at the local RV lot.

 

What are y'all's thoughts on this brand of camper? And what kind of $'s should they be looking to spend on it? It's listed for $27,500 after "discounts." I'm attaching a pic of the spec sheet for reference.
