Corvette servo install

I'm pretty sure this is another rust belt issue

I can't get the servo cover to move

I can't get it to move in or able to turn it

I have good leverage on the cover but it won't budge

Anybody have another rust belt fix for this

I have soaked it with penetrating oil,and clean around the edges where rust has accumulated

Any other ideas would be appreciated

My servo had a c clip I believe. Not sure what your talking about but it was a 30 min job.

I have seen a couple of the covers that are hard to push in. You say you have enough leverage, but I have seen some that take a pretty good size pry bar to get the cover pushed in enough to release the clip.
