Can look at it this way. If it did what it say's then the Big three, Chevy, Ford, and Mopar would put it in their vehicles to get the most out of them and not have to pay such heavy payouts for low economy vehicles. Anything to get increased mileage saves them big bucks. At least that is my understanding.
