gmc sierra 2006 need help

anyone with experience, I have gmc sierra 2006 with no features manual windows , no remote , no cruise control

and i need all of that what is the best way or what is the first step shuold i do

without selling the truck

I would get the proper suspension pieces to get your front wheels to sit level. That setup looks hard on tires, ball joints, tie rod ends.......
