DDM tunning issues..

So i bought a set of ddm canbus hids. While installing them i went to check if the bulbs were fully working, and found out one of them didnt work, oh well i can take it back and exchange it not a big deal. I continued on and went to install the light on the passenger side (i tested it on the drivers side) and went to power it up and it now didnt work. Rechecked the connections and still had no power, tried the other ballast and nothing. Stumped on why it worked on one side and not the other.

 

This is on a 2015 Silv 1500

 

Any help?

They are notorious for having the connections backwards. Flip it over and see if that helps.

I tried doing that, but i didnt turn the truck off when i switched it, justthe lights, so ill have to try that. Dont know why it would work on one side and not the other

Just one of them is upside down probably. I had this issue 2 times with them, where you harness the ballast.
