So I have a 2009 sierra 1500, looking into getting new wheels since the 20" wore off on me. I'm looking at some 18" wheels and 33" tires. I don't know much about this and know nothing about the offsets, what offset should I get and any suggestions for wheels or tires?

Google the stock offset and stick close to that as it is the perfect setting. With 33" tires and no leveling kit they will rub. Assuming you don't have a leveling kit already installed. Any wheel manufacturer is good. Tires I prefer bfg all terrains. I find they last longer then duratracs. But there are good brands like toyo and nitto also make good tires. I would go with E range tires they are much better off road with stronger sidewalls.
