New Shocks

OK guys, going tomorrow to get shocks on my 2015 1500 LTZ 4x4. Just confirming I should go with the Bilstein 5100's. Truck is stock other than leveling kit and wheels and tires. I only tow my boat occasionally, about 6500lbs. Thanks for the help.

Do you plan on taking the leveling kit off and using the 5100's to level your truck? If you plan on keeping the leveling kit you got then you can go with about any kind of regular shock that you want.

Plan on leaving it on. Want to get rid of the bouncy feeling.

I would advise you to ditch the leveling kit and use the Bilstein 5100's as your leveling kit. Youre going in there to do the work anyways. Why not make it all in one unit.

Whenever you do, DO NOT stack the leveling kit with the bilsteins on max height. You will not like how it rides. A couple of guys have done this in an attempt to get a "cheap" front lift more than 2" and it basically makes the truck ride on the bump stops.
