E-Brake attachment on GMC 2500 year 2000

Hey Guys,

 

This seems a little embarrasing to me but I am gonna try to ask anyways.

 

My front Parking Brake cable broke, got a replacement....I'm looking where the old

cable comes in but the old part of the cable fell out and I see absolutely no location

where this cable attaches.

 

Its a GMC 2500 manual 6.0 year 2000.

 

Been looking through my henderson manual but there is no resemblance between

the pictures and what my break pedal looks like at all.

 

Found nothing online, youtube, anywhere.....seems like perhaps I may

need to disassemble all of the assembly to get to my hookup?

 

Would appreciate any help very much.

yeah, try posting a pic of your e-brake unit.
