Radio presets disabled?

Happy New Years everyone! I hope everyone had a good time & stayed safe.

So here is my dilemma. Last week at some point, all of my radio presets got disabled. They're all greyed out & you cannot click on them. You can't switch which presets to view, nothing. But the radio still works 100%. I don't have the touchscreen in my truck since it's the WT model.

 

Any ideas what's going on? I don't want to have to take it into the dealer. Everytime (My truck has been in for service 6 times within the past 11 months) I take my truck in, it takes far longer than expected. Hours of sitting there. They've already had to give me a rental twice..

Have you tried resetting it my disconnecting the battery? On the touch screen versions, out can reset to factory settings which sometimes clears these glitches up. But then again, there have been software calibrations released to fix this sort of issue for the touch screen radios. I don't know of the same equivalent for the other type of radios.

That's a good idea! I'll try disconnecting the battery and see how that goes
