I have a 1999 chevy k2500 with the 7.4 vortec just replaced the plugs, wires, cap, injectors, o rings, fuel regulator , lifters, and now I am getting a 10 second crank before starting and smell of fuel out exhaust. But it starts right up in the cold mornings didn't know if maybe timing is messed up after I pulled distributor this year is suppose to time the engine its self please help

They don't time them selves. You adjust and set the timing when you install the dist.. This is called base timing. After base timing is adjusted and set. Then the computer will make any adjustments that are needed during the different required loads on the engine. But then returns to the base timing when no adjustments are needed.

I have a 93 Chevy s10 four wheel drive and my shifter cable is loose so it does not engage in park all the time so I always use my emergency brake when parking it and it works fine but my emergency brake and park brake light is always on I've had the codes read and there are no codes on it and I do not know how to get it off I think my front brake pads might be worn would that have anything to do with their warning lights

You just made abunch of changes to the ignition. Did you disconnect the battery for a awhile to let the computer reset everything? You have no ida hat it has adjusted to keep the truck running bore you did the tune up.
