Voltage Flickering During Acceleration 02 Denali

I was having issues with the voltage maintaining and found I had a bad battery. I got that replaced and since the replacement I have had the voltage flickering when accelerating and then goes back to normal after i let off. When I am idling the voltage maintains on the dash and on my tester but my dash and dome lights will flicker and sometimes my headlamps too. I replaced both studs on the battery after finding one stripped out, replaced the alt, checked grounds, added 1 ground and am now starting to give up.

 

What could it be before i go drop money at the mechanic

check for ripple on 12v and measure vdrop on bat cables when running
